Most of the pieces I helped create for this company were confidential—so I can't post many of them publicly—but here's a preview to showcase some branded internal communication assets I built out, in a mocked-up version of how they came together.
The animation begins on the company's intranet site, Nucleus, where you can see a small sample of the 200+ News Item images I helped create highlighting a variety of happenings: general company news, events, policies & procedures, office communications, initiatives, announcements, WFH tips & tricks, COVID updates, and more. When I started, this was just a Sharepoint page, but with the help of an incredibly talented team, we launched a much more user-friendly option using Interact to post commonly-used (and branded) company resources including How-To guides, departmental plans, onboarding information, brokerage forms, and more.
Then, you'll see a variety of Calendar Event Icons branded to match A) the company's colors/style, and B) any corresponding initiative materials, and C) all of the other days without clashing for one reason or another. When you enter a user's profile, badges will appear in the top banner if the person has earned any. To earn Profile Badges, employees must complete corresponding company-wide challenges, or be an active member of the company clubs, social committees, or employee resource groups.
Lastly, the company-wide Monthly Newsletter helped draw traction to our growing intranet of resources, and also announce anything really important that's going on for the month.
